◠ What’s inside the IDYLHOUR box?

1 5oz. Hand poured candle

1 10ml Essential Oil Roller

3 Tool Cards (BodyTalk, GoodWords, ClearMind)

1-2 spa products (ranging from travel to full size)

1 specialty tea (enough for a few servings to 1oz of loose tea)

◠ Do you discount bulk orders?

Yes! Orders of 5+ boxes receive a 10% discount. If you’re interested in more than 15 boxes, talk to us and we can work with you individually.

◠ How many times can I do an IDYLHOUR box?

That’s really up to you! We provide enough product for at least two uses. The candle will burn for approximately 40 hours, the cards are forever and your aromatherapy item should last a few months. If you run out of your spa product or tea, we invite you to swap in a favorite from your own collection.

◠ Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the US at this time.

◠ What is your refund/return policy?

Our boxes are not available for return. We take great care to pack your IDYLHOUR box, that said, things happen. If you encounter a damaged item, please let us know and we can work together to resolve any issues.

◠ How soon will I receive my IDYLHOUR ORDER?

We’re committed to shipping in a timely manner and will ship your order via USPS within five days of successful billing.

◠ Where do your tea and spa products come from?

We source our tea and spa products from other small businesses. We prioritize makers that produce hand-made goods and we shop responsibly. That means that these small businesses are likely aligned with our values of social good, clean ingredients and sustainability. 

◠ How can IDYLHOUR be used by people of all abilities?

We’re committed to accessibility. If you have different abilities that might prevent you from participating in the full range of IDYLHOUR, please let us know. We can always work with you directly to create modifications and other options that work for you.
